Requesting Account Deletion on Redot

Users cannot delete their accounts manually, but you can request account deletion along with the removal of associated data. Please follow the steps below carefully, as this action is irreversible.

Steps to Request Account Deletion:
- Cancel all active orders.
- Withdraw all funds to ensure your balances are cleared.
- Submit a support ticket at help@redot.com requesting account deletion. Our team will process your request within 24 hours.

After Deletion:
You will no longer be able to log in, restore, or reactivate your Redot account. A new account must be created if you wish to use our services again.
Your registered email address can be used to create a new Redot account.
If your account was KYC verified, you can verify a new Redot account using the same ID documents and legal name.
