The information in these documents must match the information in your Redot account. Thus, before uploading the documents, first ensure that the personal information on your Redot account is correct.
To get a verified account, we may require the following valid government-issued documents to be uploaded to your account:
Passport
National identity card
Drivers license
Another valid government-issued ID can be accepted if your full name, photo, date of birth, date of issue, and expiration date are shown on the front of the ID card.
Please make sure that your ID photos/scans meet these requirements:
Max files size: ‘5Mb’
Supported image type: ‘.jpg’, ‘.jpeg’, ‘.png’
Face photo/Selfie
A face photo and proof of identity can be taken either with your device's camera or downloaded from your device.
