What should I do if I received “Login failed” error message?


Check if your password is correct or not. If you cannot, then please reset your password to get a new one.

If you are sure that the password is correct, please follow these steps:


  • Try entering the password symbol by symbol instead of copy-pasting it.

  • Try restarting the app and logging in again.
