This is a problem that can sometimes occur due to one of the following factors:
The confirmation email was sent to the spam folder, not to your mailbox.
You registered with a different email address.
The email address was misspelt.
The confirmation email was not sent immediately from our mail server.
If you don't see your confirmation email, first check your spam folder in case it was sent there instead of in your Inbox.
If the above doesn’t work, enter the email address with which you created your Redot account and click the [Resend confirmation] button. Make sure you have entered your email address correctly. Once you change the address, the confirmation email should be re-sent to your inbox.
Please note that the system could be loaded with multiple confirmation requests. Therefore, if you don't receive the confirmation email immediately, you may have to wait a while to process it.
