How to reset Google 2FA?

    If your Google Authenticator is working normally, you can manually disable your Google 2FA by logging into your Redot account and clicking on the Security tab in the Settings menu. Click on the [Disable] button next to the Google Authentication option.


    If you’ve lost access to your Google Authenticator app or it stopped working, submit a request via help@redot.com and provide all the required information. This is a security measure that helps us make sure you're the true account holder, and it's will help you recover access to your account.
