Invalid 2FA Code Error

If you receive an "Invalid 2FA Code" error after you input your Google Authentication code, please follow the instructions below.


  • First, make sure whether your 2FA Сode is correct or not.

  • If you are sure that the 2FA code is correct, the error may be caused by unsynced time on your Google Authenticator app.

  • Sync the time on your mobile phone (to sync the Google Authenticator app) and your computer (from which you are trying to log in). The sync will only affect the internal time of your Google Authenticator app, and will not change your device’s Date & Time settings.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
